Can't speak for the company in general. But their real-estate agent Yvette Valdez-Plorin does not care if the closing is legal and all necessary paperwork is in order. 3 months after the closing and I an still trying to legally get everything in order, with NO help from her, and she is very rude and could care less, might have to get my attorney involved. I do not recommend her.

Matt was so wonderful, and he never gave up on finding us the perfect home. We can't thank him enough, and we can not wait to start our new life. I will never recommend anyone else but Matt. Thank you, Matt, from the bottom of our hearts.
